Through this client, support representatives can engage in secure chats, co-browse websites or apps on the end user's mobile device, view screen shots captured by the end user, and deliver prompt status updates to mobile employees and end users directly from the BeyondTrust Rep Console.

Feature Overview:

• Secure Session Chat – Real-time chat functionality within BeyondTrust facilitates seamless communication with mobile users for enhanced issue understanding, file transfers, and viewing of the device's system information.
• Screen Co-Browsing – By leveraging BeyondTrust, support representatives gain visibility into the same websites and web applications that the end user is accessing on their mobile device, enabling immediate troubleshooting guidance.
• Screen Snapshot Viewing – End users have the capability to share captured screen shots of problems with their support representative, fostering collaborative problem-solving for issues on their mobile devices.

Note: The BeyondTrust iOS Customer Client is compatible with existing BeyondTrust installations running version 15.2.1 or higher and support sites featuring trusted CA-signed certificates.
